The AMP X-20 Dyna Soar is 83 parts in grey styrene and not very large but pricey. The detail is reserved for the cockpit with a 5 piece control yoke and 3 piece seat. Neil Armstrong worked on the X-20 briefly and would have been one of the prime pilots. The kit has NASA and USAF markings which are appropriate as this was a primarily USAF military program with minimal civillian application. The Moon flight took away from the already tight budget and the X-20 Dynamic Soarer (Dyna Soar) was relegated to historyy. This kit will be mated with a RealSpace Models 1/72 Titan II booster for a version of the sub-orbital test phase of the program.
