I DO NOT recommend this kit for an in-experienced modeler! I had forgotten how bad Trumpeter kit instructions are and how much flash their injection moldings have. They over-engineered the Pzkpfw IV suspension components, and tried to make them too detailed, with the end result being tiny parts with small areas for gluing and no clear indication on how the were supposed to fit, and in what order to assemble them. I finally jury-rigged them into place with tie-wraps while the glue dried, but it did not sit level after the over-engineered multi-part road wheels were added. Additionally, the lower chassis was bent or warped , and the upper hull didn't fit straight at all. Additionally, the gun was going to be a nightmare, with multiple tiny parts. After all the struggles, the partially complete chassis, looked horrible, and totally uneven. I gave up on it and it had a tragic accident in my garage with a 10 lb sledgehammer. The remnants ended up in the recycle bin. I will never again purchase a Trumpeter kit! Dragon or Tamiya are the premium plastic model kit manufacturers.
