I haven't actually built this yet but I opened for examination. Kit is very detailed & not for the beginner like the Plasticville houses are. You should have some model building experience to do right. I've done these before and they do take longer because of the detail and small pieces but when done they look very realistic. Laser cut wood is lighter & weaker than the plastic models so be careful.
