Great project: Large building that really stands out with the cream walls and large tanks and pipes. after opening the kit to inspect, there was virtually no molding flash, all the parts where straight, and accounted for. The direction was very clear and easy to follow. The main structure of the building did not require any paint, but I add some paint to all the tanks, doors, vents, and roof accessories which took the paint well. This building has a large footprint which takes up a considerable amount of space, I would recommend this kit to anyone for any city scenery.
