Nicely detailed building, moderately difficult to assemble with easy directions to follow for the most part. Highly recommend to dry fit all parts before cementing them in place. The Floor however does not fit no matter how you try and place it in the structure. The trouble is the back wall is a little shorter than the other walls. The floor section has a small wall that is edge glued to the rear wall to make up the height difference, however, this piece does not fit will and leaves a gap when trying to attach the floor to the other walls. After multiple tries to get things to fit I gave up and finished the structure without using the floor. I took the small foundation wall attached to the floor, cut it free from the floor and glued that to the back wall. I also had to sacrifice the small foundation detail at the bottom, but at least the structure sits flat on the layout. Other than this it is a typical Walthers strcuture with decals and inside window treatments etc. Overall this is not a typical Walthers product and they need to go back to the drawing board on this one. One nice thing is that it is a left hand corner structure... one of the few out there.
