I had my doubts about this kit when I started it. But I ended up buying another one. If you are willing to put some effort into it and scratch build some parts, the kit is much better than the revell kit. My only complaint is the kit only comes with 4 figures, and a PT boat usually had 10 on board. Because of the scale, it is impossible to find more figures. But other than that, it is a pretty good kit. I like it much better than the revell PT 109 kit.
