Very minimal, if not nonexistent, flash on the pieces. As with the WoT instructions for other tank models, the instructions can be a little difficult at times, but make sense after looking it over a few times. If you wish to add some figures, you may have to jimmy rig some pedistools for the figures inside the tank, but nothing impossible. Overall, it's a great kit!
