Basically just a bulk of 100 #9 Blades. #9 Blades have the thickness of .009 inches, so they are designated #9 blades. .009 inches is the standard duty strength of a single edge razor blade. The lesser the thickness of the blade the more give the have, so a .009 inch blade will bend easier than a .012 blade.
