Decided to go a little 'off script' with this one. Saw a video on Youtube of the new updated A10 and it was painted black. Wanted to do something a little different so here it is.

Some of the armament on this beast. I wanted a little more color on the model so I tried to do the nose of each missile type in a different color.

Close up view of the nose area. I decided to black out the canopy to blend it with the rest of the plane. There isn't much detail at all in the canopy and there is no pilot figure with the kit. Painted the canopy in gloss black and the rest of the plane is flat black.

Opposite side of nose area. I really like how the iconic nose art stands out against the black scheme.

The ghost gray underside is classic paint scheme. Goes well with the different missile types.
