Nicely detailed model. I was skeptical about the leg assembly design to hide the seams, but it worked out okay. I wish the X-Plus models were less expensive, though.

Took a bit of liberty with the eyes. The movie creature's eyes looked too lifeless. Metallic black gives them a bit of sparkle.

Used color shift paints on the fish, though the color scheme is a bit fanciful. Pretty decent effect.

I have a soft spot for the Creature. I altered the arm positioning on the Monogram reissue of the original kit because I thought it was a bit much. I also removed the teeth. I guess Aurora though it looked scarier.
