This was an enjoyable kit to assemble. It is about 95% airbrushed with Krylon Short Cut enamels.

The cement chute is assembled so that it opens for delivery and then can re-fold.

Attaching the hinges for the chute is a little challenging, but with patience and care, they will work fine.

The chute is also designed to rotate at the rear of the drum, just like the real trucks.

I repurposed two unused fuel tank brackets and made braces to hold the extra piece of chute. I also added a shovel from another kit.

I added hydraulic fluid lines from the fluid reserve tank to the drum motor assembly.

I made a miniature bungie cord to hold the access ladder up when not in use.

The kit comes with a hose and hose nozzle. I attached the end of the hose to the 90 degree elbow of the PVC pipe that supplies water to the drum, to provide realism.

I added CB antennas to the unit from my spare parts bins.

The kit does not come with windshield wipers. So I added some from spare parts. I also used Bare Metal Chrome foil on the visor to give it a polished aluminum appearance.

The engine compartment turned out very nice. I am pleased with the results.

I used the plastic fat steer tire that comes with the kit. Many real life cement mixers use that size for stability.
