I put a couple of types of ballast on two of the roofs for variety.

I mixed brick red with some browns to get various shades so it wouldn't all look the same.

I added window shades made out of construction paper. You will have to drill holes for the signs. You are given a number of options for the signs and decals, not just the ones shown. I still need to add signs and whatnot in the storefronts.
