I have to redo the hood. Wait a week or two before applying the black hood decal or you will trap the solvents underneath and the paint is going to do some scary stuff. Especially if you topcoat with whatever you can get your hands on like I do.

I've been told soaking over night in DOT break fluid should take the paint off and not harm the plastic.
