It should be noted that this is a resin kit, thus requiring different glue. A beautiful building classic design, it will require a custom jig or extreme care to ensure the building walls are square during assembly. Buildings in this series have molded windows so if you want them a different color, plan to spend extra time to paint them carefully. Note also that this building is designed for row use, there are only a few windows on the sides placed on the upper floors. It has card stock depicting the building interior for each floor. Has minimal roof detail.

I love this building. It has a very classic look and fits in any time period. It is easy to assemble. Just clip off a few nubs left from the molding process and sand a little. With some minimal painting skills you can really make this building stand out!
