Nice for filling space on the layout. Not as much detail as some of the other products.Keep it in the back of the scene not in the front.

Excellent detail, easy assembly looks great in most 20th and 21st century urban settings.

Man I'm loving these DPM building kits . Realistic old town look , lots of detail . Take your time painting ( use small brush ) to get it right. Do all the sanding on joined edges , use a square when assembling . Use window treatments ( I use the supplied roof and replace it with a stronger plastic ) for a nice touch. You will get a beautiful finished product.

A resin kit, with molded windows requiring extra time a care to paint a different color. Plain roof, has no detail. I kit bashed this kit with Townhouse #1 to make a 6 story apartment building, adding additional roof detail and separate fire escape kit to fill a narrow space in a city block on my layout.

Comments

  • Natural brick colors are recommended as paint colors.
  • Use black construction paper to give your building the illusion of being occupied by blocking the light.
  • Use Woodland Scenics for decals, landscape and terrain modeling.
