However, the 6 inches will give more slow-down power than most streamers in low-power rockets. A few things to keep in mind about this parachute. First, in cold weather, the plastic has a tendency to stick or stay folded. This means you risk a plastic ball serving as your parachute. However, if your rocket is small and light enough for a 6 inch parachute, then this ball will still slow down your rocket in a manner similar to a streamer.
