Versatile Scratchbuilding Products

Evergreen styrene products are easy to cut with a hobby knife or razor saw and can be painted with enamel or acrylic paints. I have had excellent results using Testors plastic model cement to bond styrene.

Also good as spacers in Tortoise card adapters

Evergreen makes a great line of products for scratch building, but it can get costly if you need a variety of sizes but the results are worth it. These also are useful if you are trying to use an electrical socket on older Tortoise switch machines. Put a piece in either side of a standard socket and the older white/brown card Tortoise will slip right in.
