Volgelsheim Station Kit

This was a great addition to my layout! I like that it came pre-painted and weathered as it eliminates the time for painting, waiting for it to dry, etc. The weathering looks great and I love all the little details (gutters, drain pipes, optional flower boxes, etc.) The only 2 things the description could use (on multiple sites) is 1) my kit included the platform for the station (important to know because not all kits include a platform with the station) and 2)the dimensions are listed for the individual bathroom building and station building, but they don't include the overall total dimensions once it has been built with the platform, which makes a HUGE difference in the sizes. Once completely assembled, mine was 23 3/8 inches long (from platform edge to platform edge-both buildings sit on platform) by 9 inches deep (from platform edge where the tracks would go to the end of the steps on teh front of the building). I LOVE this piece. The colors are exactly as shown and really looks great.
