'55 Nomad
This model has clean crisp lines, minimal flashing around window openings, with a bit more joining parts to tree. also should be easy to detail as far as painting window trim and body chrome, also this kit is made of thicker styrene plastic than smaller scales. This is my son's build so we'll see when he gets to it. There is not a lot of custom chrome parts, mostly a stock build. Will go nicely with the 1955 Chevrolet Bel Air Convertible same scale. The tailgate and tailgate glass do Not open would be nice if it did, also now they need to come out with a 1955 Chevrolet Bel Air Hardtop in 2 and 4 door in 1/16 scale with opening trunk. The exhaust is Not molded to the chassis. I think it might be difficult to open the rear window tailgate glass, but the rear tailgate might not be to hard. Could be a challenging and interesting build I may buy one myself to experiment.
Big Boy
I had fun with the larger size kit, was a good change from 1/25 and 1/32 kits. Since the parts are bigger, any glue smears show up even bigger. As in all large kits these use more cement, paint etc. My Grandpa builds the bigger ones since his eyesight is not as good as it used to be. I would recommend this kit to anyone who wants a break from building smaller ones. Everything fit perfect and all the numbers matched from the plans and the parts tree. Well done.
Fun Nomad
I had a fun time building this kit. It goes together really well, even though the instructions can be a little sketchy. There isn’t a huge parts count but due to its size, there’s a heck of a lot to do. Lots of stock and custom parts so you can really go crazy on this. Could also be a good first glue kit for someone starting out or for someone like me whose eyesight is not what it used to be due to the larger parts. Overall a great kit, so have at it!

This will be the second of the bigger kits I will Buy and build to start ,y 1/16 scale collection again.Very Nice subject very easy to build. If you like the larger size of the amt 1/16 models this is a good one to start with,as all of the Amt 1/16 kits available today are.I will also be adding the 57 chev convertible and the 57 ford T bird too. Have fun these are a blast to build.

this is a pretty good kit, could of had a little more detail like whitewalls, but its ok, some flash to deal with, cool engine detail, crisp chrome parts, one big con: the roof is slightly crushed down on passenger side, a lil heat would straighten it out, but it gave me the excuse to do a chop top lol,
HUGE model kit
I received this HUGE 1/16th scale model kit from hobbylinc and couldn't wait to open it. The parts are large and well engraved. The body itself had minor mold lines but is warp free and SOLID I can't wait to put this one together. I highly recommend getting yourself one of these kits.

Good scale. Good instructions. Little filing and filling. Take your time building this kit. Use spray can paint. also, use baremetal foil

Very detailed model with extra customising parts. The front doors and hood open. Only wish the tailgate opened.
