"There are two versions of this motor! Order carefully!"

This is a good efficient motor, a newer Aerotech formulation with a pleasing sound and green flame effect. However, be aware that there are two versions of the motor, a single use G78-7G and a cheaper loadable version G78-7G/L. The loadable you have to assemble yourself and wait for the epoxy to set before you fly it. So know which you are are ordering! In my most recent order, I ordered 3 single use G78-7G's on a special and they sent me one single use and 2 loadables. I've always gotten good service from Hobbylinc, and in this case reported back that they sent me two loadables by error. I got a quick reply from customer service and a credit for the difference. Thanks Hobbylinc! I assume you will get the online listings clarified soon!

Be sure you read the product name very carefully. This is an LMS motor (which requires assembly). I have no issue assembling motors, but I thought I was ordering a regular motor here. The product listing really needs to be updated. At the very least the picture should be updated, and the specs should reflect that this is not a 'ready to go' motor like the other 2 G78 options listed. I failed to see the other review noting this. Shame on hobbylinc for continuing to allow this misleading listing.
