A very believable model
This is my first venture with a Proses model and I like it very much. It has a very realistic wood look because it isn't a plastic model, but rather a wooden kit that isn't mentioned with the maker's information, and manufactured in Turkey. The instructions for assembly consists of a single sentence telling you to build it the way the picture looks, with no other hints or suggestions. The wood sheets (which are thin and delicate) have a scribed back to help make clean cuts with a hobby knife and lettering appears to be the result of wood burning, again adding authenticity to the model. This is also the first wooden kit I have built and there is definitely a learning curve, but you don't need to be a master modeler to get these crates together. I'll definitely be looking for more Proses loads from here on out.
