The little guys adds a GREAT deal of detail to those pullout knobs (think 1970s Ford headlight knobs - remember those?? - and the like) or radio knobs!
Take care drilling out the molded knobs - it's easy to get off-center.
And they are indeed TINY - you might consider putting down a white sheet before dealing with these, so Carpet Monster doesn't eat one!
