Difficult to work with
While the graphics are terrific, the actual building is not. It's made of a plaster-like substance and needed extensive sanding to get the corners level and straight, and even after doing that, there were still corners & seams that were exposed & open. The roof provided was nothing more than a thin sheet of plastic with a black piece of paper to glue on top. I didn't care for that, so I provided my own roof made with scraps from other builds. I will probably buy another one from this manufacturer however, simply because I want the Rescue Mission and/or the Sisters of Mercy Thrift Store to my downtown streets.
