Guide for correct painting.
Although I have not built this set I will supply the color coding of each jersey worn by the various flight deck crewmen. I served for 2 years on the USS John F. Kennedy CV-67 and became very familiar with flight deck personnel the meaning of each color jersey.
First and foremost not all of the figures should have khaki pants, only Chief Petty Officers (E-7 - E-9) and Commissioned Officers( O-1- O10 ) should all of the lower enlisted ranks (E-1 - E-6) should have blue or possibly camouflage pants.
The jersey colors are; Red- Ordnance handlers, White- Safety/Medical, Blue- aircraft handlers, Yellow- aircraft directors, Green- technical, mechanical, Purple- aircraft re-fuel crew. Brown -- aircraft Plane captains (term only, these are junior enlisted E-3s that ride inside the aircraft while it's being moved around the flight deck as it is a regulation to have a person at the controls, brakes, etc. Typically, the average working hours for members of this crew are 14, if not 18. And for extra realism lots of dirt and grime is ground into the uniforms.
Not what I expected!

I honestly thought the figures would be three-dimensional as opposed to flat figures. They don't quite fit my expectations especially since they're two-dimensional and would be pretty difficult to handle and glue to the deck.
Green shirt

These little gentlemen are a time saver except the color of the pants. Not all wore khakis or dark green. I once wore the green shirt with dark green pants, being part of the help squadron HS-8. Served on CV-64, CV-62,and CV-41.
