I was surendipitiously surprised. I expected three brass brushes. I received one brass, one of synthetic nature, and one steel. I am very happy. First off, the brass does what I wanted. It helps clean my small brushes. It is a good brush and I expect it to endure. The synthethic brush makes me happy. It is fine, finer than the brass. I believe it will clean my good brushes. The steel looks like a good one. They all have durable wooden handles. When using in water, take some steps to dry the bristles, brass, synthetic, and especially the steel. All in all, I am very happy. I would buy more but do not expet to need more. These will last.
