Extreme Detail
I am quickly becoming a fan of Fujimi kits. The prices are a tad high, but once you get into it, you soon realize why. Everything is in Japanese, so get yourself a translator (Google's doesn't have ads).
They shoot for as much detail, and historically accurate detail, as possible in a 700 scale kit. The instructions spell this out, and at times, provide you with options based on what year what equipment would be available.
The fit was good, but you need to ensure that parts are in their proper position, or you'll get into a cascading problems as you build up, or include follow up detail.
The parts come colored, but I believe that painting makes for a better finished product.
