A good thought but not well done
This certainly fills a gap but it not well molded. Some part details are completely wrong.
Excessive flash!
The 'instructions' are lame as best even for a cheap kit. The order you do steps matters... there is nothing to help you.
By the time you get to the third wagon you've probably got it figured out.
Since there are few competitors these kits will sell.
Not easy to execute but worth the additional work.
The plastic is very soft, yes, and requires a lot of trimming and a fair amount of fussing, but if you stick with it you'll have a pretty good-looking miniature of a subject not treated elsewhere.
