Disappointed in size
While I rated this Italeri kit as 5 stars because I am satisfied with the outcome, I am disappointed in one aspect of the kit. In Plastic Soldier review, the figures were rated at 23mm which goes well with earlier Italeri products. But these definitely, on the war-game table, appear to be more like 24mm or 24.5 mm instead. While 4 guns for the price is excellent, if I had known this in advance, I may have been tempted to order the 3-gun offering from Plastic Soldier.
Great for wargames
tplows36 are you reviewing the same kit? You talk about 4 guns and big figures. The box includes 2 guns and 12 figures. The figures do not seem to be disproportionately big for the 1/72 scale.
As far the kit, I am very happy with this. I am growing a Bolt Action Russian army and this make a fine addition. Easy to put together, not much in the way of flash. I give it 2 thumbs up.
