A Great Option if You Need a Double Crossover
The double crossover is well made and is great for one who wants to fit dual loops on a small layout, among other uses. It is well made like most Kato stuff. It's fairly derailment free and operationally is nice to minimize control switches or decoder as one power connection throws all four internal solenoids. While this is a plus it can also be a negative because of the power requirements, especially under DCC. Kato is a little lite when it comes to info as the important BACK CARD INFO (PACKAGING) seems to be the only place where track integration and connection is provided. The web site does not have that important info either.
