SPACE 1999 HAWK MK IX

Love the MPC models and the quality that they put into them. Only a few connection tabs a little too broad and some in the places for decals so beware. Also about decals, recommend to apply them as early as possible as a few parts cover them and restrict access later, also a few decals are actually the wrong number on the instructions. Other than that the kit is impressive and looks very good displayed. Finally I chose the pre=production color (or lack of it) because the orange crosses many raised and lower areas and difficult to mask correctly.

Great kit, very little flash, clear instructions. Received quickly and in great condition.

I haven't built this model in 40yrs. Pros: arrived it a timely manor, well constructed parts, no flashing, and the box told me what size it is. Cons: none on this model, would like more of the models to give sizes on them, I prefer to do ones 10 or bigger.
