Full disclosure: I haven't used this product yet as the build is on deck. However, the process of ordering was easy. I was emailed when the product became available and it was promptly shipped in sturdy packaging. The instructions are just what I needed as this will be my first use of photo etched parts. I love using the website, it's easy to navigate and search for those hard to find kits, paint and parts. Any problems with these parts will be on me-HOBBYLINC has done a fine job. I'll update when complete.

This is a nice little kit, glad I bought it, this will make the finished nodel look fantastic. I look forward to building this kit.
