Reviews : Tamiya Modern U.S. Military Equipment Set

Pretty good kit. It does a good job representing the gear the Army used from the mid-1980s to shortly after 9/11, when lots of this stuff was upgraded. The usual amount of seam cleanup can be expected, but there's no flash. If you need stowage for Desert Storm or Bosnia, or even the early phase of the War on Terror, this stuff gets it done. Plus you get a totally random small dog that looks very much like a statue of a small dog. So...there's that.

You Get Two Identical trees. What it shows on the front box is basically one layout and you get a second. Yes, a small dog x2 as well. Beautiful, Tamiya doesn't let you down with this product. Tamiya excellent work leaves for little to no flashing and the detail is what you would expect from Tamiya products.

I Too was amazed at how much this set comes with, only bought it for a few items and have been using them on other things since. Very detailed, little clean up to do on parts, Very useful set for Dioramas you have not fully laid out as you have tons of useful parts. Great price from Hobby Linc too!

Love this Kit. Adds so much realism to any modern build. If you do not have the real world experience you can go online and look up pictures of whatever vehicle you want to add these to and see how equipment was stowed.

I always go to this item when adding visual effects to my military model builds love the detail after painting items bring the model to life.

I love these add on supplies/equipment. well made, but the M.R.E. boxes are hard for me to work with/paper. other than that..great equipment
