Great Detail and Plenty Of Options
This 1/48 scale model kit by Tamiya is extremely good value as for detail and adaptability. The bomber version of the Mosquito comes aimed at two bomber version and one camera version. But hidden gem of parts and you can turn it into more than a half-dozen other scenarios. With nearly twenty unused parts called out you can do two different wingtips, two propellers, exhaust covers or not, and wing pods. A little bit of research and multiple color options appear as well.
The detail on the plastic is superb and not a single piece of flash anywhere. Even looking at other Tamiya options for kits and use this one for the night fighter version but without the figures and jeep for a much lower price tag. Another superb Tamiya variance that I will purchase again but to try a completely different looking version with no extra pieces to buy from after-market vendors.
Good details and clear instructions
I enjoyed the details. Some of the clear parts were very small, in fact to small for my hands. Specifically those on the wing tips. One color was not listed number was not listed on the color index but a quick internet search found it. Other than that it was a good kit
Not bad
I had some fit issues,so I marked it down. There's three different configuration, which determines the armament. There's 225kg bombs and rockets. The props spin, and the decals were decent.
Love the detail
Perfect reproduction and great interiorr detail that gives a lifelike result.
