Best model paint by far
By: Felgenhauer98
Tamiya makes the hobby paint on the planet. Its so easy to work with. The coverage is awesome. At first, coming from Testors, I was hesitant because Testors is so thin and barely covers. Once I used it, it was a game changer. I will be switching all my paints to Tamiya.
Tamiya Sea Blue
Tamiya paint is my #1 choice for my models. I'm currently building Trumpeter 1/200 USS Arizona (Christmas present) and I'm going with the Sea Blue Measure that new research has shown she was painted just before the Dec 7th attack. I plan to use all Tamiya for this build.
GReat for WWII pacific planes

This is the standard Tamiya acrylic stuff. No issues if you are used to Tamiya acrylic. This is a good color for WWII pacific planes like Hellcats and Corsairs if you mix with a little XF8 and XF2.
Good and Dark
High quality paint. This blue is very very very Dark. You might to lighten it by mixing with some white. I guess it is good for US NAVY ww2 and korea planes and Royal Navy uniforms.
Perfect for WWII aircraft

I mixed this paint with 91% Isopropyl Alcohol and it sprayed flawlessly and covers well. When mixed with XF8 this is perfect for Hellcats and Corsairs.
great acrylic paint
Paint to Thinner range 2:1 to 1:1 for airbrushing depending on air pressure, paint volume and distance from subject. Experiment on scrap plastic first.

This is my favorite color of the Tamiya paints. Very dark blue that I plan to get a lot of use out of.
Blue like the ocean

This great for certain apps. When you need a medium blue, this is your go to color.
Covers well and applies easily. I like the water wash-up over the enamals.
