A good basic color for WW2 modelling
I use this Tamiya dark yellow as a base coat for late war German vehicles. If you follow the directions on the can you will get good results. It goes on smooth with good coverage. The Tamiya spray cans save me from having to mess with an airbrush, which I am grateful for. With this size spraycan I get enough paint for about 3 1/35 scale tank sized vehicles. You may get more or less depending on how you use it.
no airbrush?
for those without the most advanced equipment or skills, tamiya's spray cans allow the reproduction of most camouflage patterns. with different masking materials, both hard- and soft-edged schemes are possible. dark yellow was the standard late-war shade for german armor
Good paint
I use this for German and some other Axis military vehicles year 1943 to 1945 as a base or main color. I love the way spray paint looks compared to brushed paint and since dark yellow covers just about everything it is the color to get for German vehicles of the period. etc..
Can't go wrong with Tamiya
Tamiya paint is probably the best in the market, plus it is cheaper for me my paint from Hobbylinc, then to drive to the closest hobby store in the area. If you add the price of paint which is usually higher plus gas it's a no brainer.

yup. its paint. works great. tamiya has great paints that are very consistent dont run when in use. as far as paints go - these are the best you can get for using on models (assuming you ont want to go the airbrush route).

These Tamiya spray paints are excellent. The nozzle gives good control and if you take your time and spray light cots; they hardly ever run.
great acrylic
I have used different brands but find this is one of the best for air
air brushing and therefore highly recommend it
