"Great Model--Fascinating Trivia re: Artwork"

Parts are clean, well-detailed and allow for a variety of poses and combinations. Can't beat the quality and the sculpts at 1/35th. The very nice artwork on the box seems to depict members of the 10th SCVI Civil War reenacting company from about 25 years ago when I was a member. I recognize three of men, the one in the rear (far right) looks to be Manning B. Williams, a famous artist and longtime resident of Charleston, SC. He posed from time to time for visiting artists & c. as did several in the group who also appeared in some television and movie productions filmed in the area. You can look up some of Manning Williams' artwork online. It was an honor to have seen many of his works in progress--really fantastic paintings and many were of a very large scale.
