Like all Model Power figures I have purchased in the past, there were only 6 individual figures with 3 duplicates. Also, some of the figures shown in the drawing provided by Model Power were not included in my set with other figures substituted. This is common for Model Power figure sets. Still, I found places for all of them on my layout. Detailing is minimal, but in N scale that is hardly noticeable. Model Power figures are useful and inexpensive compared to many others. The major problem is that you never know what you are going to get. I really wanted that guy with the wheel barrow, but received a man splitting wood instead.
