Pros: Does look good when finished; really doesn't need to be painted. Cons: My directions seemed to be a copy of an original set...a very smeared copy; seems a bit small for HO (box states HO, but directions say HO or N scale). It will serve its purpose as a dilapidated hunting cabin in a forest.
