"I've been here for ages, alone and forgotten"

This kit was first released in the '60s by Aurora with help from the classic Famous Monsters of Filmland magazine. When I saw this kit available again it was a bit like a grail, something I'd always wanted and finally could get for a decent price. I built it straight from the box and was very happy with the results. I wanted to make it look old so after getting the primary painting done I mixed a very thin mix of white paint and airbrushed it over the clothing for aging effect. It has won a couple of awards at contests and I display it proudly on my shelves.
