my second malco gasser.

this is the second malco mustang i have bought. this will be the back-up racer in my shop. this is a classic kit that i built as a kid many year's ago. loved it then and i love it now. just has that old school vibe to it. wish they still ran some of these old drag car's today. they need a retro class in the NHRA. i would pay to see them run again. the kit is well made and has sharp nice detail also. not sure if they re-worked the mold's, but it is mostly flash free. come's molded in a light blue color but can be painted any color you like. i use rust-oleum 2x spray primer and found it to work great as an under coat for color change's. next will be the Ford LN 8000 race hauler kit to complete the set. the 2 were made for each other. i built the hauler kit year's ago also. can't wait to build another. it is a great kit also. the mustang setting on back of that hauler is something to see. look so good together. buy both.
