"Red Beard Pirates"
pitbullsfamily
Nice looking castings. Some flash to clean up. These are cast in a soft red plastic that is very similar to the venerable green army men that one can find in almost any store toy section. This makes them a little difficult to work with. The plastic likes to fuzz out when I try to sand or file it. A new sharp blade in a hobby knife seems to work best to cut the flash off. Paint adhesion may be difficult to achieve. Above average skill may be needed to really bring these figures to life, but one may find it well worth the effort. These are really cool figures after all.
