These are high quality Pegasus 23 centerline wheels. This set includes 4 complete wheels to use with a standard metal axle (usually found in AMT kits for example). The rims are well detailled and the chrome coating is very bright and resistant. Each wheel is mounted with a low profile rubber tire. Dimensions in mm (you'll bless me for this info :) ): Rim diameter : 23 mm Rim width : 12 mm Wheel diameter (rim+tire) : 28 mm Wheel width (rim+tire) : 12 mm Except their size, these wheels are the same as CL's 19 chrome wheels with tires.

I picked up 2 sets of these wheels and they are of outstanding quality and really look awesome on my 70 Chevelle kit I put them on. I would recommend them to all builders if you want to dress up your builds.
