This model kit was not to complicated and the challenge was easy/moderate, however it was a great kit to put together! It was fun to mix your own colors and match the pictures. Most kits tell you what colors to paint everything, this kit let you use your own judgement referring to the box which was fun. The parts went together fairly cleanly and the detail on the molding was fantastic. Definitely allows for a lot of dry brushing and bringing out the detail. The model kit does require plastic cement and either super glue or epoxy. One of the arms on the horseman is resin aside the rest of the kit however is plastic. Seam putty is a nice thing to add when you build this kit if you really want it to look good. I used epoxy for mounting that one arm and the pumpkin in his hand and it worked great! This is the one of the few kits I got together and felt like just about everything went right on the kit that could. Most times there is one or two things I wish I could have done better, but not this one! I loved the way it turned out. The parts are sturdy and well molded with very little if any flashing. The horsemen's cape is thick and heavy, I had to use epoxy on his cape instead of plastic cement and brace it until it dried it was so heavy, but the tree on the model is where the cape rests after the kit is completed, so there is support for it. I would totally recommend this kit to people who like that sort of thing such as the headless horseman. It was kind of fun to take a break and get away from the surgical gluing and micro painting most car and jet kits provide. This was A fun build for sure!
