"very nice kit, good detail"

This kit is easy to build and gives good results. It is molded in color. If you decide to paint it give it a good primer coat to keep the plastic color from bleeding thru you new paint. I decided to modify it with the race car hauler bed from the AMT Ford kit. It makes a good display for the Pro-Street Mercedes (not available as a kit).

"Easy and fun"

It seems with all level 4 and level 5 kits the amount of flash is almost never there. Also the fit of each part seems to be an exact match. There is less sanding and filing. But, the parting lines are always a constant. This kit went together very well with no problems what so ever. The picture of the Benz truck showed it painted red but when my kit arrived, i received a kit that had a blue colored truck. It was an Oxford Blue shade of blue, which i liked a lot better. This Mercedes Benz 1628 fits in perfect with all my other 1/25 scale truck models. A must for any experienced modeler.
