The F-22 is the most advanced fighter in today's Air Force inventory. An up to date, affordable kit in this scale has been needed for some time, and Revell has the answer. The panel lines are finely engraved and the sprues are crisp with almost no trace of flash. The construction is straightforward and not complicated. The fuselage and wings consist of just a top and bottom half. The weapons bay is well detailed with the option to have the doors posed open complete with weapons load. Optional drop tanks are also provided The cockpit is nicely done and can be posed with the canopy open. The engine ducts and exhausts are well rendered. The parts fit quite well. Markings are provided for 7 different squadron commanders' aircraft. This new kit from Revell is top notch, good value for the money and will impress both novice and expert.

This is a great F-22 kit for those looking for a decent kit at a decent price. Plenty of weapons are included along with lowered panel lines and a superb decal sheet. The panel details are pretty limited though but not by much. Great kit for early modelers!
