This model can look very realistic if you are willing to do some detailed painting. It's what I would expect for the price, though.

Simple kit that you can build quickly and use to fill out Main Street on your layout. The kit comes with printed window treatments that would make the finished model look very toy-like so I added a floor and some details to the store front so it looks good through the big front windows. Detail painting, washes and weather all really help to bring the kit to life.
