Nice corner building

This is a basic kit with very few parts, all walls molded in a red brick. The inspection of the kit, revealed virtually no molding flash, all the parts where straight, and accounted for. Nice corner building with large frontal windows, but not easily customized due to the windows, window ledges, and door molded into the walls. No glass doors or windows included; replaced with simple photos of the building signage and windows blanks. The major benefit of this kit to me is the wall thickness; you could install a light inside the building and not see the light thru the walls.

Another good basic building for most any layout

A small footprint building for many uses, it is almost identical to the Mike's Market building. The pieces are pretty much flash-free and fit together perfectly. A few extrusion knobs need to be filed off. It is well modelled and attractive (which I should have said in my Mike's Market review as well). My complaints about this one are the same as for Mike's; the front window signs are unacceptable and the inside of the walls above the roofline are unfinished.
