This is a great paint. Great price too. Very sharp color.

This is pretty good stuff. It's probably as close to gold leaf as you can get in paint form. I use it for the propellers on my ship models, and I'm sure it can have all sorts of other applications (maybe a 'blingmobile' if you do car models?). I think the 10 ml size is perfect since you probably won't be using tons of this stuff at once. Honestly since I've only used it to paint such small areas, I don't bother thinning it, but if you did want to have something look like solid gold, normally I thin Tamiya paints at a ratio of five parts paint to one part thinner.

Tamiya makes the hobby paint on the planet. Its so easy to work with. The coverage is awesome. At first, coming from Testors, I was hesitant because Testors is so thin and barely covers. Once I used it, it was a game changer. I will be switching all my paints to Tamiya.
