Aztek A470 Single/Double Action Airbrush Kit

It's difficult to write a negative review on a product because you just think you haven't given it enough of a fair chance, but after owning two of these A470 airbrushes, I can report it's not a product worth buying. It's fundamentally a poor design and one that leads to splatters, uneven paint flow, clogs and paint back-flow. The problems are many but one is that the plunger that activates the needle doesn't contact the needle at the same position reliably, so the volume it delivers is inconsistent. Also, paint can become dried in a number of locations in this airbrush making cleaning it a frequent chore, even multiple times during a painting session. And compounding matters is that if the clog creates paint flow back into the handle assembly, the device can't be opened for cleaning the trigger and valve. For a few dollars more, I'd invest in a good Badger or Iwata Eclipse AB.
