This product has helped me take old brushes bought in beginner kits and freshen them up to use on kits where enamel brushing is appropriate. Well-reviewed on Youtube, I agree this is a useful item for amateur scale modelers.

This product does seem to help clean some of the residue from brushes that remains after normal cleaning in water or alcohol, but I'm not seeing the restorer quality on all my brushes.
